Shipping & Returns
In case you have worn the watch and/or have it longer than 14 days in possession than please contact us through e-mail or WhatsApp.
Before putting a watch up for sale in our store, we give it a thorough inspection and, if necessary, make sure it has been fully maintained. However, since errors can happen, we provide a 3-month warranty on each watch you buy. This guarantee only applies to mechanical (movement-related) flaws; it does not cover problems brought on by regular wear and tear, mishaps, or incorrect use.
The watch's water resistance, as well as the breaking or loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and other pushers, and the strap or bracelet, are all not covered by the guarantee. Damage brought on by the watch falling or being bumped, as well as contamination from moisture or dirt, is also not covered.
The warranty is only applicable to the original client and is not transferable. If the watch or movement is altered by an uninvited person, the guarantee is void and unenforceable.

In case you do not want to go through the hassle of selling your own watch on marketplaces, we give you a quick, easy and honest option. At Akkerman Vintage Watches we focus and specialize in Seiko and Omega timepieces between the 1940s and 2000s. Shipment.
Once payment is received we will ship your order within 2 business days. All orders outside The Netherlands are shipped with DHL Express. DHL Express is a premium courier that can ship our watches worldwide, completely insured and extremely quick. Orders within the EU are often delivered within 1-2 business days. Outside the EU usually takes 2-4 business days. All orders will always be insured with full coverage of the purchase price. We also offer a Live Tracking Service. This allows you to track the shipment live through an AirTag that will be added to the parcel. The AirTag may be kept afterward. (This option costs an additional 29 EUR*)
Returns.
You will always be allowed to return the watch within 14 days after receiving it. The watch may be unpackaged and inspected but can not be worn.
